Patricia K. Sander, 72, of Muscatine, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2017, at Pearl Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Muscatine.

A Celebration of Life reception will be held 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, Thursday, March 23, at the First Baptist Church 3003 Mulberry Ave. in Muscatine. Nichols Life Tribute Funeral and Cremation Services, Muscatine, is caring for Pat and her family.

She was born July 20, 1944, in Muscatine, the daughter of Raymond Allen and Madonna Lorraine Height Young.

Pat was a beautician and had owned and operated her own shop, Fun World, in Muscatine. She was also the first to offer electrolysis services in Muscatine.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Victoria "Vicki" (Robert) Walters and Crystal (Bud) Ash, all of Muscatine; grandchildren, Matt Ash and Brittani Walters; great grandchildren, Adler and Conley Oien; brother, Mike Young of Muscatine; and sisters, Pam (Gary) Lane, Barb Young and Linda (Mike) Johnson, all of Muscatine.

She was preceded in death by her parents, former husband, Fritz Sander in 1981, brother, Steve Young and sister, Blue Young.
