Condolences

Condolence From: Jan and Bob Cassell
Condolence: We were very sad to hear about Karen's passing. She and Glen were long time friends of ours when we lived in Muscatine. We had many good social times together and are recalling them now. Karen had strong faith in God and we are sure this enabled her to navigate through the challenges she faced. God Bless Karen.

Condolence: I knew Karen from Sunday School as young girls at the First Presbyterian church in Vallejo. Her soon to be husband Glenn introduced me to my husband John, and Karen was my matron of honor when we married 52 years ago. We were both stationed together in Virginia and S. Carolina and attached to the same Nuclear Submarine, the USS Simon Bolivar. Last saw Karen when she came to CA for high school reunion but have always kept in touch. She will be missed but is at peace with Wendy and Midge and family. Condolences to all who miss her.

Condolence: I first met Karen in Camp Fire Girls. Her mother was our leader. Karen and I remained friends all through school. What a treasure it was to have her visit for a week when we had our 50th class reunion. We were like 2 teenagers once again. My thoughts and prayers to all her family whom she loved so very much. She is at home now with Wendy.

Condolence: Our prayers go to her son and grandkids. Karen was a very good friend here in Muscatine. She and I go back quite a few years. She was a person who cared deeply for her children and grandchildren. She would tell me all about what they were doing and how they helped her. Her faith was deep in Christ. She is with Wendy and enjoying their reunion.

Condolence: Karen & I go way back to junior high and high school when we were active members of 1st Presbyterian Church in Vallejo. I know that she was going through a lot of ups and downs with her health but she believed in GOD and I know that she is in a better place now, in Heaven with her daughter, Wendy and her twin sister, Midge & many other family members. Rest In Peace

Condolence: I remember first meeting Karen when I worked with Wendy at Grant Elementary. She was a hoot & I always enjoyed going to her house with Wendy. Heartfelt sympathy to those left behind but convinced those two are enjoying a long awaited reunion in heaven!
