Sandra J. Shoppa - Kiene, 59, of Letts, passed away Monday, October 2, 2017, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.

Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 7, at Muscatine Memorial Park. A celebration of life will be held 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 14, at the Letts Community Center. Nichols Life Tribute Funeral and Cremation Services is caring for Sandra's family and services.

She was born December 31, 1957, in Muscatine, IA, the daughter of Glenn C. and Sophia Marrian Nicewanner Shoppa. She was an accountant with Integrated DNA Technologies in Coralville, IA.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, taking them to flee markets and riding antique trains.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include one son, Richard "Rick" Kiene of Letts; three daughters, Ramona (Matt) Shoppa-McCulley of Grandview, Renee (Rory) Ball of Fruitland and Ronda (Jeremy) Honts of Muscatine; ten grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; one great grandchild; one brother, Gary (Cheri) Shoppa of Columbus Jct; one sister, Laurie Shoppa of Muscatine; three nephews and three nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Richard and one sister Glenna.
